BETA · DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW
Privacy Notice
Last updated: 16 October 2026. This draft describes the Bustrillo beta and must be reviewed and approved by the operator before a public launch.
Information you provide
When you register or use Bustrillo, you may provide an email address, username, professional profile, career and education details, credentials, posts, connections, messages and account preferences. Optional salary information should be treated as confidential. Do not upload government identity documents during beta.
How information is used
Account information is used to operate login, profiles, professional networking, messaging, support, moderation and credential review. Some information you choose to publish may be visible to other members, depending on available visibility controls. Messages and private information are not intended for public display.
Service providers and payments
Bustrillo uses third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication and data storage, including Vercel and Supabase. Voluntary contributions are processed by PayPal, subject to PayPal's own privacy terms. Paid membership activation is not yet available.
Security and retention
Bustrillo uses account authentication and database access controls. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Retention periods, backups, international data transfers and account deletion procedures require operator review before public launch.
Your choices and requests
You can manage profile information and available visibility settings within your account. For questions, concerns, or requests regarding your information, use the Support page. A dedicated privacy contact and applicable rights-request process must be published before public launch.
Changes
This notice may change as beta features evolve. Material changes should be communicated to affected users.
