Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 October 2026. These draft terms must be reviewed and approved by the Bustrillo operator before a public launch. They do not replace a complete jurisdiction-specific legal agreement.

Beta service

Bustrillo is a developing professional networking platform. Features may be modified, interrupted or withdrawn during testing. Company workspaces, recruitment tools, BUSO AI, points, wallet and other labelled Coming Soon features are not part of the current professional beta.

Accounts and conduct

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, harass users, post scams, send spam, distribute malicious content or upload information you are not authorised to share.

Professional content and credentials

You are responsible for information you post or submit. Credential review is a limited professional review, not government identity verification, a job guarantee or an endorsement of every claim. Do not submit passports, national IDs or other government identity documents during beta.

Messaging and privacy

Respect other members' confidentiality and privacy. Do not share private conversations or another person's personal information without authorisation. Use profile visibility controls thoughtfully.

Payments and rewards

Free Professional Basic registration is available during beta. Paid memberships and BUSO Points rewards are not active. Voluntary PayPal support contributions, where offered, are separate from memberships and do not purchase a subscription or guarantee access to future features.

Reporting and support

Report suspected abuse, account compromise or platform issues through the Support page. The operator must publish a dedicated legal contact and applicable dispute, governing-law and consumer terms before public launch.

Changes

Beta functionality and these draft terms may be revised. Review the Privacy Notice for information-handling details.
